Dia de los Muertos

ASU's West campus, Delph Courtyard, West campus
Live music, free food and refreshments, art display and a demonstration of "El Altar," are just a few of the highlights of the Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) clebration at ASU's West campus on Monday, November 2.

This event is spondored by M.E.Ch.A. (Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán- a student organization that promotes higher education, culture, and history), Hispanic Events Committee, and the Interdisciplinary Arts & Performance Club.

Join the festivities! Learn about and build your own cajita, enjoy live mariachi music, decorate an altar with your cajota and sugar skullss, bring a picture or item that represents a loved one and dedicate a cajita in hir or her memory.

This event is free and open to the public. ASU's West campus is located at 4701 West Thunderbird Road in Phoenix.
