Trauma and Compassion

Learn more, get involved, take action. The "Trauma and Compassion" event at ASU's West campus offers a full day and a wide variety of events designed to bring about greater recognition of social justice and human rights issues in Arizona.

All events take place in La Sala B in the campus University Center Building (UCB).

Sponsored by ASU's Master's of Social Justice and Human Rights degree program, the Light of Hope Institute, and the Amnesty International chapter at the West campus, "Trauma and Compassion" features a panel discussion on trauma, workshops on social justice and trauma, a film showing of Miracles in Mexico," a legislative town hall, a roundtable exploration of humanitarian aid, and workshops on humanitarian aid and compassion.
