Guest violinist Julieta Mihai and pianist Jasmin Arakawa perform classic works featuring Prokofiev's Five melodies Op. 35a, Debussy's Sonate No. 3, Enescu's Impressions d'Enfance Op. 28, and Bartok's Second Rhapsody.
Versatile violinist and chamber musician Julieta Mihai is an associate professor of violin at Western Illinois University School of Music in Macomb. She is also a member of the Julstrom String Quartet and is serving as concertmaster for the Illinois Symphony Orchestra and Illinois Chamber Orchestra in Springfield.
