Walking for Wellness

Are you trying to start an exercise program? Start with walking, a great way to burn calories and clear your mind at the same time. If you need motivation, meet with the Employee Wellness Program manager, Liz Badalamenti, to learn how to start your own walking group and get the tools necessary to be successful. 

We will talk for 30 minutes and walk for 30 minutes, so bring your sneakers. Liz Badalamenti is a registered nurse and holds a Bachelor of Sciene in Nursing. She has 28 years of experience in clinical, educational and academic roles.
