MOM: Mobile On-Site Mammography

Mobile on-site mammography will be at the Tempe campus. MOM’s professional staff uses the latest digital technology.  

What to bring:

• Doctor’s name and address.
• Insurance card.
• Previous mammogram locations.

Women age 35 and younger need a doctor’s referral. Baseline mammograms start at age 35 to 39. Most insurance plans cover screenings yearly after age 40.
