Barre Class — Tempe

Barre is an upbeat, dance/fitness style workout, focusing on toning muscles using barre and center workouts. It is a total body conditioning that will be energetic with modern music. Kenzie Koubeserian is a junior at ASU pursuing a degree in nutrition dietetics and will lead the class. She has been a dancer since the age of three and continues her love for fitness and dance at ASU as a group fitness instructor. Koubeserian enjoys sharing her passion for overall wellness with others and loves witnessing her students mold into their best possible self. 

Come dressed to participate. The workout is done barefoot, but wearing socks is an option.
