‘Hey, Old Friends!’ ASU Music Theatre and Opera Alumni Cabaret
Online Streaming Event hosted by ASU Music Theatre and Opera Student Lab, the Lyric Opera Theatre Guild, alumni Seth Tucker '09 and Šime Košta '11 (Acting Up Series).
Join alumni and past members from ASU Music Theatre and Opera (Lyric Opera Theatre) as they come together for the first annual Alumni Cabaret: "Hey, Old Friends!" This online streamed event will feature over 40 alumni in songs and selections, some of which they performed years ago on the Evelyn Smith Music Theatre stage, as well as interviews with alumni, faculty and staff and current students. ASU alumni are working and succeeding all over the globe as performers, producers, educators and more, and are joining together to raise scholarship funds for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, people of color) students in the ASU Music Theatre and Opera program. This event is supported in part by the Lyric Opera Theatre Guild, which for decades has helped raise funds for emergency grants for Music Theatre and Opera students.
