Addressing the Current Terror Threat: Options for the Trump Presidency

The Arizona State University Center for Political Thought and Leadership welcomes Caroline Lynch for a special lecture on the current terror threat. 

Specializing in the application of federal criminal and surveillance laws to burgeoning technologies, Lynch spearheaded the development and enactment of some of the most high-profile surveillance laws of the 21st century. During her tenure as chief counsel of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security and Investigations, she led the effort in the House of Representatives to update the Electronic Communications Privacy Act and was the principal drafter of the USA Freedom Act, which was signed into law on June 2, 2015.
