After the U.S. Election: Time to Re-Engage Russia?

The U.S. presidential election has revealed significant differences between the two leading candidates over how to deal with Russia and Vladimir Putin. Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, its military campaign in Syria, and even its hacking of the Democratic National Committee, have pushed Russia into the headlines even more than usual.
