The ART of Inclusive Communication

Conflict is inevitable in groups. Students experience it with roommates, in families, and in student organizations. ASU has partnered with the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) to present a peer-led workshop that you will use in everyday situations on and off campus to explore challenges and strategies for communicating and connecting in diverse groups.

Student participants will:

• learn and practice key conflict management techniques
• focus on inclusive communication skill building
• dig deeper to understand bias and what you can do about it
