ASU Gammage Art Gallery Presents: Melody Smith
Melody Smith defines her art as "Contemporary Urban Eclectic” — a mix of modern pop art and urban designs in acrylics. Smith's artistic inspiration evolved from growing up in Los Angeles and her travels around the world.
Her love of nature and animals has also influenced her work as well as her passion for animal advocacy. This display will be a collection of nature related pieces that honors and brings attention to worldwide "Critically Endangered" species.
Other pieces in the collection include pop art favorites with a whimsical twist as well as folk art, multicultural pieces.
