As schedules start to fill up, many of us are looking for a physical fitness routine. But managing or trying to prevent injury can be overwhelming with so many options — icing, taking meds, foam rolling, resting?! It’s hard to understand what to do and when.

Join us online for Strength and Stability on Wednesday, Aug. 4. Steph Mundt, BS kinesiology ’12, will lead us through a basic strength and stability assessment to prevent injuries no matter your level of fitness.
