Copyright, Fair Use and Your Dissertation

Part of the Graduate Scholars Toolkit, this introductory workshop will provide you with information and tools you need for navigating copyright and fair use considerations for your dissertation or thesis. Whether you're just starting to write or you're getting ready to submit, this workshop will help you figure out what you can use, what rights you have, and what it means to share your dissertation online. 

The Graduate Scholars Toolkit workshop series is a way for ASU students to connect with the tools and information they need to succeed in graduate school. Workshops are offered on all campuses at various times throughout the semester, with more online offerings to come.
