Core-stretch
Learn to increase flexibility and decrease risk of injury while improving recovery time and strengthen the abs, back and hip muscles. This session is designed to promote proper posture, increase flexibility, reduce stress and improve balance. Come ready to unwind and relax. An SDFC instructor will be leading the class. Bring a towel and or mat, water and come dressed to participate.
