Creative Cartography Student Art Exhibit: 'Old and New'

Example of creative cartography art pieces

Inspired by maps, this art exhibition explores the interconnections and contrasts between the "Old and New."

Students in Ellen Meissinger’s Art on Paper class at the School of Art, within the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, collaborated with the ASU Library's Map and Geospatial Hub to create an art exhibition inspired by creating unique art pieces on maps. This is the sixth year for this exciting interdisciplinary collaboration between the School of Art and the Map and Geospatial Hub.

The "Old and New" exhibit can be viewed during Map and Geospatial Hub open hours, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m-5 p.m. (closed on university holidays). No registration required.

The exhibit reception is set to take place from 3:30-5:30 p.m., Nov. 26.
