Creative Horizons: Art in the Post-Soviet Era - Vladimir Tsesler

Vladimir Tsesler is a Belarusian designer and artist. He graduated from Belarusian Institute of Art and Theatre (now the Belarusian State Academy of Arts), Department of Design.

Tsesler works in various styles: poster, art object, painting, sculpture, graphic, advertising, industrial design and more. His works have gained international fame and are stored in the collections of many museums. Tsesler lives and works in Minsk.
