Doing More with Google Earth

Many people use Google Earth but only scratch the surface of its potential. In this workshop, we'll dig deeper to start doing more with it.

Join the ASU Library Map and Geospatial Hub and the ASU School of Geographical Sciences and Urban Planning for this two-hour workshop on Google Earth.

Google Earth Pro on desktop is free and offers users more advanced options and functionality. Users can import and export geographic information systems (GIS) data in a variety of formats while exploiting the rich satellite and historical aerial imagery datasets available through the platform.

We'll be focusing on Google Earth Pro, but will also introduce the growing functionality of the web-based client of Google Earth.

Registration is free and open to the public, but seats are limited and priority will be given to ASU students, faculty, and staff.

Please see the full calendar of Map and Geospatial Hub events.
