Employee Flu Shots: Downtown Phoenix Campus

Ready to beat the flu? Arizona State University benefits-eligible employees in October can receive a free flu shot. Employees not eligible for benefits can get a flu shot for a nominal fee — cash or check only. HIP members can earn 25 points.

Learn more about requirements, schedules and forms on ASU's flu shots site. There are no exceptions to the requirements. Flu shots will be administered as long as the supply lasts.
