Employee Flu Shots: Tempe Campus

Avoid the flu this fall. Arizona State University benefits-eligible employees in October can receive a free flu shot. Employees not eligible for benefits can get a flu shot for a nominal fee — cash or check only. HIP members can earn 25 points.

Learn more about requirements, schedules and forms to receive a flu shot. There are no exceptions to the requirements. Flu shots will be administered as long as the supply lasts.
