Employee Flu Shots: Thunderbird campus

All benefits-eligible Arizona State University employees are welcome. Non benefits-eligible employees may receive a flu shot for a nominal fee (cash or check only). HIP participants can earn 25 HIP points.

To receive a free flu shot you will need:

• a valid state-issued (Arizona) employee insurance card
• a valid ASU ID

There are no exceptions to these requirements. Shots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis for as long as the supply lasts.
