Stephen Oliver is a human resources management and leadership development consultant.His management consultancy, HRCVision, has led him to work with health care organizations and other industries in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Florida and other regions of the U.S. He has coached and trained leaders and staff in the areas of talent management, leadership development, critical thinking, strategic planning, employee engagement, performance management, customer service, emotional intelligence, diversity in the workplace including generations at work, employee training and organizational development. He has also worked with sensitivity, discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying and employee safety issues.

Stephen holds a Doctorate of Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Arts degree in Human Resources Development from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.  He also has a bachelor’s degree of English from West Virginia University.
