It is time to reclaim our humanity. Join us.

Hacks for Humanity, sponsored by Project Humanities at Arizona State University (ASU), is a 36-hour hackathon for the social good, challenging participants to create technologies to address local and global issues.

Not a “hacker?” Not a problem.

We welcome...

  • artists
  • coders
  • app makers
  • designers
  • engineers
  • entrepreneurs
  • humanists
  • creatives
  • "generalists"

Indeed everyone in between from high school to professional retirement.

Hacks for Humanity provides participants with the skills and resources they need in order to succeed as social entrepreneurs. We will have workshops and mentors on site to assist you by any means to guarantee you compete at your highest potential, and most importantly have fun.

Participants walk into these event participants but walk out as innovators. Join us for an opportunity to have fun, to grow, and to start your journey as a leading force of social change.

*** Prizes this year will include products from Apple, Fitbit, Tuft and Needle, as well as festival tickets, movie passes, gift certificates, and more! ***
