Healthier Comfort Foods

Typically loaded with fat and calories, comfort foods are usually a once-in-a-while treat rather than a staple. But we can help. ASU nutrition graduate students will demonstrate favorite dishes and give them a healthy makeover.

This class is taught by graduate students in the ASU nutrition program who are training to become registered dietitian nutritionists.
