Healthy Low-Carb Recipes

Many people today are trying to eat fewer carbohydrates. However, low-carb doesn’t necessarily mean healthy. In this cooking demo, learn to make some lower-carbohydrate recipes that are simple, delicious and nutritious. This class is taught by graduate students in the ASU Nutrition Program who are training to become Registered Dietitian Nutritionists.
