How to Save a Constitutional Democracy

The Center for Constitutional Design is excited to host Professor Tom Ginsburg for a lecture on the future of our constitutional democracy. Professor Ginsburg argues that we can no longer afford to be complacent about democratic backsliding seen at home and abroad. He will discuss how constitutional structure and rules can both protect and endanger democratic institutions, as well as what can be done to preserve constitutional democracy in the United States.
