Illumination: Byzantine, Jewish and Native American Chanter with Pianist Paul Barnes

Join us in welcoming pianist and chanter Paul Barnes for a program of piano works based on Byzantine, Jewish and Native American chant. Pieces include Victoria Bond: Illuminations on Byzantine Chant, Philip Glass: Annunciation, Warren: Distances Between 2 and David von Kampen: Trisagion.

Paul Barnes is the Marguerite Scribante Professor of Piano at the Glenn Korff School of Music, University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Tickets are available for advance online purchase only. Tickets for this event cannot be purchased in person or at the door.
