Institutional Review Board Basics
Learn everything you need to know about obtaining Institutional Review Board approval for your human subjects research. Presenters will discuss the purpose and function of the IRB, requirements for approval, how to navigate the online submission system (ERA) and how to submit for review.
A portion of the session will be devoted to audience Q&As and specific topics. This session is designed for faculty, staff and student investigators who are new to the IRB review process or would like clarity on any aspects of IRB review.
