Make it Mediterranean

One of the world's healthiest ways of eating, the Mediterranean diet is abundant in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and olive oil. Discover delicious and simple Mediterranean recipes in this nutritious cooking class. This class is taught by graduate students in the ASU nutrition program who are training to become registered dietitian nutritionists.
