Metal, Woods and Drums

Percussionist Simone Mancuso presents a recital including works by Karlheinz Stockhausen, Alberto Jacopucci, Chris Shultis, John Cage and an Arizona premiere of Striker for solo percussion and electronics written and dedicated to Mancuso by composer Glenn Hackbarth. Featured performances include Stockhausen's "Tierkreis," a duo with faculty flutist Elizabeth Buck and Mancuso.
