Presented by: 

Gina Delgado, MEd has been working in higher education settings since 2011. She is currently a doctoral candidate of the Leadership and Innovation program at Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College. Her current research focuses on developing efficient technologically based interventions to help connect online graduate students. Previous research has focused on creating empathy in organizational settings, Empathetic Leadership, and identifying hierarchical microaggressions in the workplace (specifically in higher education settings). She is also senior program coordinator of Online Master of Applied Leadership and Management Program at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
