Mindfulness for Resilience

Mindfulness allows us to have a different relationship with our thoughts and emotions. This workshop will teach you about mindfulness and how you can control your mind rather than let it control you. You'll learn how to decrease stress, balance emotions and improve interpersonal effectiveness. Amber Wonder, MC, LPC, received her master's degree in counseling from Arizona State University. She is a licensed and nationally certified professional counselor with the Arizona Board of Behavior Health Examiners and the National Board of Certified Counselors. Amber joined the Employee Assistance Office in 2013 and previously worked as a counselor and supervisor in non-profit community mental health.
