Mobile On-site Mammography

A mobile on-site mammography by SimonMed Imaging will be at the Downtown Phoenix campus. MOM provides high-quality mammography service with experienced staff using the latest digital mammography technology for your safety and comfort. State-of-Arizona insurance is accepted. The MOM site will be on Fillmore Street between north Central Avenue and Second Street in downtown Phoenix.

Please bring the following items to your appointment:

• Insurance card.

• Locations of where you had previous mammograms.

• Name and address of your doctor. 

Women age 30 and under need a doctor’s referral. Baseline mammograms start at age 35 to 39. Most insurance plans cover mammograms every year after age 40. We are able to accommodate patients with implants or have had reconstruction surgery.
