MOM - Mobile Onsite Mammography (Polytechnic)

Mobile on-site mammography will be at the Polytechnic campus. MOM’s professional staff uses the latest digital technology.  

What to bring:

• doctor’s name and address
• insurance card
• previous mammogram locations

Women under age 35 need a doctor’s referral. Baseline mammograms start at age 35-39; most insurance plans cover them yearly after age 40.
