Please join Arizona State University faculty colleagues Stephanie Weiss, Nancy Buck, Martin Schuring and Andrew Campbell as they present evocative chamber music by Charles Loeffler.

Born in Germany in 1861, Loeffler emigrated to the United States in the late 19th century where he served as the concertmaster of the Boston Symphony orchestra for 20 years. His unique compositional technique combines elements of German, Russian and French styles, evoking such composers as Debussy, Franck and Skriabin in a completely original fashion.
