We are very excited to connect ASU students, staff, faculty and alumni with professionals in the community to facilitate conversation and discussion about the joys and challenges of navigating your professional career while wearing natural hair.

Nationally, we have seen many examples of students and professional being targeted, shamed and punished for reasons surrounding their hair. We want to be part of the solution to support the next generation feel supported, empowered and confident that they can be professional and natural at the same time.
