Harry Wood Gallery is pleased to present the New Graduate Exhibition, an annual exhibition that features work by incoming MFA students within the School of Art. This group of students from around the world produces works that span across a variety of media and concerns and have come to ASU from different backgrounds, disciplines and locales. Viewed together these works represent a sampling of the multiple areas of focus present within the school: animation, ceramics, intermedia, metals, painting and drawing, photography, printmaking, sculpture, textiles and woods.
First-year MFA students: Theodore Beatty, Scott Kamlah, Yee Jae Kim, Bethany Larson, Mehrdad Mirzaie, Miguel Monzon, Godshand Owusu-Appiah, Volha Panco, Jared Peterson, Yvette Serrano, Emma Sobel, Jess Tommeraasen and Danley Walkington.
Join the artists for a closing reception on Tuesday, Sep. 7 at 5 p.m., followed by the New Grad Slide Slam at 6:30 p.m. in ART 220.
