Place-Based Writing Workshop

Humanities Dialogues @ ASU Polytechnic campus

Part of the Humanities Dialogues at ASU Poly series

The second annual Humanities Dialogues at ASU Poly series starts up again on Monday, Oct. 28. The first fall 2019 session features Patricia Murphy, principal lecturer in interdisciplinary humanities and communication, who will lead a place-based writing workshop that uses mindfulness and yoga principles to guide writers through all the steps of the writer’s process in a focused practice that induces a clear state of creative flow. It will be held in Santan Hall, room 131, 10:30–11:30 a.m., at ASU Polytechnic campus.

Students, faculty, staff and community members are welcome to attend!

The Humanities Dialogues at ASU Poly promote conversations across disciplines and are organized by the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts' Faculty of Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication.
