R.A.D. Basic: Downtown Phoenix campus

5:30–9:30 p.m., March 14, March 16, March 21

R.A.D. Systems is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques open to women in the ASU community. The R.A.D. System is a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance that progresses to the basics of hands-on defensive training.

R.A.D. is not a martial arts program.

Participants should wear comfortable workout-type attire and athletic or tennis shoes. No sandals or flip-flops.
