Many of us do a good job eating healthy food throughout the year, but when the holidays arrive, it is easy to toss those good habits aside. Nutrition graduate students from ASU’s College of Health Solutions will present some techniques you can use to modify your family’s favorite dishes. These recipe makeovers will help you create healthier versions of your holiday favorites without sacrificing flavor.
