John McCutcheon: "How do host cells become addicted to bacterial pathogens?"

My lab studies bacterial integration into host cells. We are interested in how some host cells become dependent on intracellular bacteria that originate as pathogens.

 Katelyn Cooper: "Undergraduate mental health in biology learning environments"

This seminar will highlight how anxiety and depression affect undergraduates in biology learning environments ranging from active-learning classrooms to undergraduate research experiences.
