Spanish Film Series Presents 'El olivo'

"El Olivo" (2016) is a drama directed by Icíar Bollaín and stars Anna Castillo, Javier Gutiérrez and Pep Ambrós.

A young Spanish girl takes an emotional trip to recover a family millenary tree sold to a German Bank. The script, written by Paul Laverty, gives value to the environment, the culture and the history behind the family olive trees.
