Take a Stand Against Prostate Cancer
The state of Arizona now offers free prostate cancer screenings for benefits-eligible male employees over the age 40, or younger with a history of prostate cancer in their family. The mobile medical unit provides 15-minute appointments at your workplace.

Accepted insurance: BCBS, UHC, Humana and Health Net
Screenings also are open to the public. Uninsured cost is $72.
