TRANSCEND Maternal Child Health Research Seminar Series: Nutrition Interventions Using Technology to Prevent Infant Obesity

Join us for a talk by Cristina Palacios, an associate professor of dietetics and nutrition at the Robert Stempel College of Public Health and Social Work at Florida International University, who will discuss nutrition interventions that use technology to prevent infant obesity.

This talk is part of the College of Health Solutions’ Translational Training, Education and Leadership program in maternal child health nutrition and childhood obesity prevention, also known as the TRANSCEND program. This program provides accessible, high-quality, interprofessional training for graduate nutrition students to improve maternal and child health outcomes and the overall quality of care.

The talks in this seminar series are free and open to anyone with an interest in maternal and child health nutrition.
