Urban Sol 2019

Urban Sol 2019 shines light on the urban artist culture of DJ's, emcees, aerosoul artists and dancers in the Valley of the Sun. A rich, uncharted collaboration among scholars, performers and urban artists, the partnership encourages us to take notice of the urban art movement and the importance of their contribution to teaching and research of the arts.

The weeklong celebration culminates with the main event Nov. 16 on ASU’s Tempe campus. The main event will include dance and music performances, battles, live aerosol art and more.
