Walking for Wellness (Polytechnic)

Walking is a great way to burn calories and clear your mind at the same time. If you need motivation, meet with Employee Wellness Program Manager Liz Badalamenti, RN, BSN, to learn how to start your own walking group and get the tools necessary to be successful. We will talk for 30 minutes and walk for 30 minutes, so bring your sneakers. Badalamenti has 31 years of experience in clinical, educational and academic roles.
