Want to Work in the U.S. but Require Visa Sponsorship?

Want to Work in the U.S. but Require Visa Sponsorship?

Do you want to work in the U.S. after graduation?

The Thunderbird Career Management Center will host Helen Konrad and Mark Rhoads, attorneys with the McCandish Holton Law Firm U.S., to provide valuable information about the visa process.

About the Talk:

International students and employers are often confused about the U.S. work visa options which can allow F-1 or J-1 students to stay and work in the U.S. after graduation. This is especially confusing during the Trump administration. To help clear up this confusion, Helen Konrad and Mark Rhoads, experienced immigration attorneys, will give a presentation which will provide clear, easy-to-understand information about the most common work visa options available. The presentation will focus on Optional Practical Training and the H1B visa, as well as information on green card processing. There will be plenty of time, during and after the presentation, for questions and answers about immigration issues. The presentation will take place on Nov. 19 at 1:30 p.m. at Arizona Center Tower 704.

Konrad and RhoadsĀ represent employers all over the country, processing work visas and green cards for international employees. They have been practicing immigration law for over 25 years, and both are listed in Best Lawyers in America for immigration law.

All are welcome!
