Watts Family Welcome

Watts Family Welcome is intended to give Watts families an understanding of what resources are available to you as both an ASU and Watts student. We will host a series of three breakout sessions covering topics such as financial aid and scholarship, student life/campus culture, academic expectations, and future careers. All of our presenters will also host a brief Q&A at the end of their presentation to answer any specific questions or concerns regarding your time here at ASU.

This year, we are happy to report that there will be two separate presentations for English and Spanish speakers. Our staff of incredible Spanish speakers are more than happy to discuss with any family member that is struggling to navigate university systems or resources. Presentation slides and pamphlets will also be given out in both English and Spanish along with the contact information of our staff.

Doors will open at 4:45 p.m. so that students and their families may enjoy hors d'oeuvres and beverages before the welcome message at 5:15 p.m. We encourage you and your family to mill around the event area and chat with other families until we begin.
