Weight Room Demo- Polytechnic

Are you not sure how to use the weights at the gym? Join this class to learn the correct way and try out the equipment with an instructor. A Sun Devil Fitness Complex instructor will be leading the class. Come dressed to participate and bring a towel and a bottle of water.
