Cycling Class - Tempe

Our cycling session offers a low impact, yet high energy workout that’s both fun and good for you. The exercise on a stationary bike is designed to increase both cardiovascular fitness and strength levels. A Sun Devil Fitness Complex instructor will be leading the class.
