Hello ASU Chicago Alumni,
Join us for our annual ASU Cares volunteer event at Nourishing Hope! We’ll be serving at the organization’s “Hub” location
Street parking is available. You can also take the #22 CTA Clark bus north to Clark & Foster, followed by a short walk to the site.
Volunteer Shift (approx. 3 hours)
We will sort donated food and non-food items, check for quality, and organize them by category. Volunteers should be comfortable standing for most of the shift and occasionally lifting 10–15 lbs.
What to Wear
- Closed-toed shoes (required)
- Comfortable clothing that can get slightly messy
- Gloves will be provided on-site
How to Register
- Complete the Volunteer Registration Form: nourishinghopechi.org
- Follow the steps in your automatic orientation email. (If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, email: [email protected])
- Log in to your personal site, click “Volunteer Calendar,” select “I have a group code,” and enter: 3397

You only need to complete Step 3 using the Existing Volunteers link.
